A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and certified by the American Culinary Federation, Chef Rosov is a former instructor at the Cordon Bleu, Miami and infuses every dish with his passion for perfection. He started his career in his family's restaurant, The Saloon of Beverly Hills.In 1990 Chef Rosov became a personal chef to Hollywood celebrities; he now wants people on all levels to enjoy his memorable creations.
